We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company’s organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor interviews conducted by managers, highlighting essential process information and contributing to their people management development; * Support occupational safety initiatives, internal marketing activities, and monthly store training sessions according to the annual plan (schedule), ensuring participation from all employees; * Conduct recruitment and selection for open positions and build the network’s talent pool, ensuring candidate profile alignment with job requirements and conformity with company strategy; * Administer psychological and behavioral assessments during internal recruitment to evaluate candidates’ behavioral/psychological profiles, thereby increasing accuracy in matching candidates to job needs; * Assist managers and other leaders in addressing organizational, people-related, and change-related issues, ensuring clear communication and alignment of all company information; * Request admission documents and manage related hiring procedures; * Verify document compliance and pre-employment medical exams against the checklist used, then forward the list to the HR department to enable continuation of the hiring process; * Conduct and monitor onboarding training for new employees to communicate all company policies and procedures and provide a comprehensive company overview; * Support labor-related processes and documentation, providing and tracking personnel file documents, procedural terms, and internal conduct guidelines to the HR department; * Accompany and assist employees/customers/partners in case of in-store incidents, jointly with the store manager and/or unit responsible party, ensuring physical and moral integrity and facilitating immediate treatment—including medical prescriptions and other necessary actions—in case of accidents; * Support smooth store operations by monitoring and enforcing standards and procedures per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), CIPA, and NR regulations, in collaboration with BP-RH and SESMT; * Support the Organizational Climate Survey process—including design, administration, follow-up on action items, results dissemination, and corrective action planning; * Monitor performance evaluations and probationary period assessments, tracking progress and supporting employee development during scheduled periods; * Assist in identifying Training Needs (TNA) per department, forwarding information to BP-RH and the HR Director for inclusion in the annual training schedule; * Provide prompt and empathetic service to employees, resolving queries and directing them appropriately based on their needs and requests; * Support the HR department in implementing programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience; * Participate in exit interviews and analyze improvement opportunities based on turnover reasons; * Support store management and supervisors with monthly alignment meeting schedules, where information is shared, questions resolved, and necessary feedback provided; * Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations, creating a relaxed atmosphere—the theme conception and organization are the assistant’s responsibility, supported by the apprentice; * Conduct daily floor audits to assess department routines, PPE usage, cleanliness conditions, product placement in sales areas, and all other relevant observations for sharing with supervisors and managers; * Monitor labor inspections and internal/external audits, providing required information and documentation; * Support managers in implementing corrective measures per internal regulations, enabling behavior development plans regarding addressed topics; * Perform other duties related to this position as directed by the immediate or functional supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Academic Background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology **Preferred Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 6 months in the role **Preferred Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the role **Additional Information** * Salary + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher + Shopping Voucher * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 Founded in 1987 by entrepreneur José Tatico, the Tatico Supermarkets chain entered the market with a strong differentiator: offering a wide variety of quality brands and products at low prices every day.
