We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company’s organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing purchases of ingredients and products for the bakery, ensuring quality, competitive cost, and appropriate supply according to production and sales demand. **Act as an expert in the bakery segment, ensuring selection of the best products and suppliers specific to this area.** * Procure raw materials (flour, yeast, sugar, fillings, etc.); * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Develop and qualify bakery-specific suppliers; * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product quality; * Analyze costs, inventory turnover, and margins; * Collaborate with production on demand planning; * Ensure compliance with quality standards and sanitary regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred); * **Proven experience as a buyer in the bakery/bakery segment;** * **Technical knowledge of bakery ingredients and processes;** * Strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills; * Organizational ability and good interpersonal communication. **Additional Information** **Note: Salary expectations are required; employment opportunity available under CLT or PJ regime** * Familiarity with Consinco system or similar is preferred. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Solid logical reasoning ability.
