Focus on accuracy and efficiency in logistics We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material inspection and dispatch processes. This role is essential for guaranteeing compliance with logistics operations, directly contributing to company and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect and process incoming and outgoing invoices. * Use management tools to ensure productivity, safety, and quality. * Assist in inventory control and batch location. * Receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods according to demand. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in materials inspection or related logistics areas. * Knowledge of inventory management and control tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems. * Knowledge of inventory and stock audit processes. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best storage practices. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48\.
