Job Summary: The professional will negotiate and sell products, prospect customers, train customers on POS terminal operation, and manage inventory in the telecommunications and banking services sector. RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit terminals, and acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and sell products through customer visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments according to agreed terms and process bill payments; Assess the customer’s physical inventory by on-site counting to determine stock turnover and propose sales; Create sales orders via smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise products, offers, and promotions from service providers; Prospect new customers through visits aimed at product sales; Train customers through instruction on POS terminal operation and demonstration of its usage; Provide daily activity reports, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other information. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable**; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer use and applications; Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for travel; Proactive, communicative profile with a results-oriented mindset; **Benefits:** Commissions (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable compensation for the first three months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle leasing; Life insurance; Internal training programs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 1-hour lunch break). **Join RedeFlex!**
