Monitoring and responding to maintenance requests from areas under responsibility. Conducting fault diagnosis, identifying root causes, proposing improvements, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. Contributing to the planning of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as scheduled shutdowns. Developing and updating maintenance procedures and workflows to ensure standardization and efficiency. Ensuring all activities comply with technical standards, internal protocols, and safety requirements. Issuing technical reports regarding incidents and interventions performed. Participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects. Monitoring maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc.) and proposing actions when necessary. Providing technical support to operational teams, clarifying doubts and advising on proper equipment usage.
