Register in our talent pool, and as soon as an opportunity better aligned with your profile arises, we’ll contact you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute production processes in accordance with current standards and procedures, meeting established targets with excellence; * Operate medium- and high-criticality production machines featuring medium- and high-level technology, and share knowledge; responsibilities include receiving, verifying, and storing raw materials or any other materials used in the process; * Prepare machine feeding with intermediate products and remove processed products, placing them in appropriate locations; * Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for operation within production areas, following manufacturing techniques and specific operational procedures, in compliance with production orders; * Complete quality documentation, internal control spreadsheets, and production order data as instructed, and report deviations occurring during the manufacturing process to supervisors; * Visually inspect products throughout the entire manufacturing process using visual tests and instruments, observing product quality deviations per production order specifications; * Assist in separating and transporting materials to be used in the area, by completing the production order, identifying the prepared product and batch, and moving materials to appropriate locations after operations; * Clean work areas, machines, and utensils following appropriate procedures for each task and equipment type, in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); * Perform autonomous maintenance activities (lubrication, inspection, cleaning, LPPs, and seals) on equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months in the current role (**for internal candidates**). * Military reservist status for men. * Second shift (14:05–22:20, 6 days on / 2 days off). **Additional Information** * Attendance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance or on-site cafeteria **(depending on the unit)**; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance, shuttle service, or parking **(depending on the unit)**; * Wellhub; * On-site pharmacy – Company medications provided at no cost, extended to spouse and children **(depending on the unit)**; * “Nova Vida Tem Valor” Program (Telemedicine, maternity kit, courses, waived co-payment during pregnancy and postpartum, among others); * “Espaço Saúde” – Assisted medical services **(depending on the unit)**; * PPR / Bonus (depending on the unit); * **“Clube de Vantagens Tem Valor”:** E-commerce platform partnering with numerous companies offering exclusive, differentiated discounts on products and services; * **“Lojinha Tem Valor”** (e-commerce offering up to 40% discount on our dermocosmetic and vitamin products); * **Online Psychotherapy** – Free and confidential; * **Childcare Assistance** (subject to unit and internal policy);
