The goal is to create a memorable guest experience aligned with our standards of excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; * Make beds following folding techniques and standardization procedures (Boutique Hotel); * Restock minibar items, checking expiration dates and reporting requirements; * Manage linen inventory and replenish amenities; * Immediately identify and report any damages or maintenance needs to supervision; * Promptly and courteously fulfill guests’ additional requests; * Prepare daily activity and incident reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in hospitality or professional cleaning; * **Education:** Completed elementary school; * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and scheduling organization; * **Behavioral Profile:** Discretion, attention to detail, proactivity, and focus on hospitality.
