Responsibilities and Duties: As a **Young Apprentice** at **FIT Group**, you will be a vital part of our team, learning hands-on how a large-scale restaurant operates daily. Your journey will focus on development, supporting diverse departments, and building the foundation of your professional career. **Learning and Operational Support** * **Support customer service**, learning how to welcome, guide, and deliver a warm, welcoming experience. * **Assist and monitor** order entry into the system under supervision. * **Monitor and support** order entry into the system, learning to perform this process accurately and efficiently, always under supervision. * **Support dining room organization**: table setup, utensils, and service stations. * **Contribute** to restocking and validity control of dining room items. **Integration with Kitchen and Team** * **Support communication between dining room and kitchen**, learning about order deadlines, standards, and quality. * **Assist in picking up and delivering dishes**, ensuring organization and efficiency. * **Observe and report** any operational adjustments needed to leadership. * Assist in **receiving, verifying, and organizing** inventory items, learning about item control and expiration management. **Professional Development** * **Participate in training sessions** and hands-on activities that foster your growth. * **Learn**, through observation and guidance, about sales routines, goals, and performance indicators. * **Develop skills** in communication, organization, discipline, and teamwork. **Outcomes and Experience** * Work with **enthusiasm**, responsibility, and a strong focus on learning. * **Demonstrate initiative** and interest in exploring different areas of operations. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-standard service environment.
