We seek people who share this energy and are ready to make a difference. **Join us in transforming the present and building the future.** **Here, your ideas gain a voice, your talent gains space, and your purpose creates real impact.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s Quality Management System; * Draft and review procedures, work instructions, and quality plans; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Monitor quality indicators and propose improvement actions; * Support construction site teams in applying technical standards and compliance processes; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and sector certifications; * Train and guide employees on quality standards and best practices; * Perform other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Quality Management; * Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\) and PBQP\-H/SIAC; * Experience in construction projects or civil construction companies is a plus; * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and process-oriented skills. **Additional Information** Working with us offers an innovative and collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
