We seek individuals who share this energy and are ready to make a difference. **Join us in transforming the present and building the future.** **Here, your ideas are heard, your talent is given space, and your purpose creates real impact.** **Responsibilities and Duties** What you will work on: * Support development and legalization processes for real estate projects prior to launch; * Assist in project development, client service, and monitoring the execution of unit customization for real estate projects; * Support the setup of common areas and decorated model units; * Assist in land intervention activities for new project launches; * Support technical maintenance of decorated model units; * Support payment processing in the UAU ERP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we are looking for: * Currently enrolled in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering — from the 5th semester onward; * Strong communication and client- and contractor-facing service skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines and priorities; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with the UAU ERP system is a plus. **Additional Information** Working with us offers an innovative and collaborative environment that fosters continuous professional growth.
