Job Summary: The Customization Assistant will act as the interface between client and construction site, analyzing customized projects, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Interface between client and construction site, with focus on service and support. 2. Analysis and monitoring of customization projects. 3. Collaboration on schedules and development of construction projects. We are seeking a **Customization Assistant** responsible for the interface between client and construction site, reviewing and analyzing customized projects, and providing client service. Provide support in daily tasks related to the Customization area, prioritizing high-quality client service. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the customization manual and presentation letter to the client after directorate approval; * Assist and monitor the customization delivery schedule for approval; * Assist in presenting the customization process to clients and obtaining signature on the letter; * Produce and send documents required for developing the customization project (customization kit, finishing specifications memo, and customization manual); * Monitor the development of the client’s unit customization project according to the agreed schedule; * Conduct critical analysis of the architect-submitted project and forward it to the Executive Projects department for feasibility review, under supervision of the Customization Analyst; * Ensure development of masonry layout marking project according to client customization requirements and construction schedule; * Direct architectural base documentation to the Executive Projects department for development of complementary projects, and monitor posting of such documents to the construction site; * Manage client-construction site relationship (schedule site visits, follow up on material deliveries, resolve questions regarding execution); * If necessary, develop and execute the project internally at City, ensuring procurement of unit materials, all required projects, and inspections. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields**; * Experience in **Client Service**, and in **Reading and Analyzing Projects**; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive and communicative profile, with ability to collaborate effectively across company departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Customized Projects**; * Experience in **real estate development and civil construction.**
