




We are seeking a professional with an Engineering degree and solid experience in project management and plant reliability, responsible for integrating maintenance and project functions. The candidate must ensure asset reliability, operational efficiency, and the execution of expansion and improvement projects, in compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Lead the development and execution of engineering projects (expansions, modernizations, and new facilities). * Ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment and systems. * Manage budgets and human and material resources, ensuring achievement of cost and performance targets. * Comply with and promote safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal customers, maintaining clear and aligned communication. * Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs, schedule adherence, etc.). **Technical and Management Skills** * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in industrial systems and equipment (mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities) and maintenance techniques (predictive, preventive, and corrective). * Project management: Ability to define scope, schedules, budgets, and risks. * Resource management: Budget planning and control, efficient resource allocation, and spare parts and inventory management. * Team management: Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with focus on engagement, technical development, and safety culture. **Education and Experience** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Proven experience in industrial maintenance and project management, preferably in manufacturing environments related to cereal milling. * Additional knowledge: Management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Power BI, maintenance ERP), Lean/TPM methodologies, and technical English.
