Represent a benchmark brand in information security **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT NTSEC Group is looking for a Support Technician to join our team and work onsite at a client location, providing support across multiple environments and ensuring high-quality technical assistance. ?? Your daily responsibilities will include investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, always supported by a team recognized four times as a **Great Place to Work™**, and a culture that values excellence, collaboration, people development, and customer focus. **If you are eager to grow, driven by challenges, and want to represent a benchmark brand in information security, this position could be yours!** **??Key Responsibilities:** * Customer support via e\-mail, phone, and ITSM tool * Network environment support (LAN, WAN, and Wireless) * Analysis and updating of network documentation * Updating logical topologies * Supporting the development of network microprojects, following best practices **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Information Security and Firewalls * Intermediate knowledge of Routing and Switching * Intermediate knowledge of Wireless technologies * Intermediate knowledge of structured cabling **? Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency * CCNA certification or equivalent ??
