Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for scheduling, analyzing, and controlling logistics; monitoring drivers; providing support; and tracking performance indicators. Performance monitoring and compliance with operational rules **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12x36 shift pattern **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Plan, analyze, and control logistics scheduling. * Verify routes, update vehicle locations, analyze and resolve errors, analyze shift schedules, days off, and absences. * Monitor drivers’ activities to ensure compliance with operational and SSMA rules. * Schedule driver stops when training or other departmental routines are required. * Provide support to the driver team. * Address client requests. * Assist with vehicle dispatch from matched operations. * Track performance indicators and metrics for each operation. **Requirements:*** Experience in the field. * Knowledge of logistics. * Completed High School education (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Availability to work the stated schedule. * Computer literacy (Advanced Excel is a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Driver's License – Category B. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance
