We seek an organized and proactive professional to support the marketing team in **managing network demands, organizing processes, and supporting institutional initiatives**. \_ **Main Responsibilities:**\_ * Daily support for franchisees and internal team (via WhatsApp, email, and platforms). * Organization and distribution of requests to the creative team. * Assistance in organizing training sessions, events, and internal initiatives. * Management of promotional items and welcome kits. * Internal communication, including drafting announcements, internal campaigns, and institutional content. * Franchisee onboarding journey. * Coordination of monthly requests for the Anjos Solidário project. \_ **Requirements:**\_ * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Process organization and control capabilities. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and handling multiple concurrent tasks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.723,11 \- R$2\.925,46 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
