This will be an opportunity to develop your analytical thinking, explore modern tools, and contribute to decisions that drive the department’s performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle and resolve Level 1 (N1) requests in ODIN, Clouver, and Senior systems. * Support the implementation of technology and innovation projects. * Document processes and projects, including drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Provide support to end-user departments, ensuring agility and accuracy. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of technological processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Software Engineering, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work during afternoon hours is a plus. **Additional Information** * **Learn About Our Benefits** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance One of Brazil’s largest agricultural inputs platforms.
