This position supports the IT department in maintaining infrastructure operations, providing user support, and executing daily operational routines. **Your responsibilities here:** * Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, and networks); * Install and configure workstations and equipment; * Perform basic maintenance and assist in organizing the IT infrastructure; * Log and track support tickets; * Support user management, access control, and information security; * Assist with inventory control, equipment dispatch, and organization; * Support IT operational routines (documentation, backups, and internal processes). **What we expect from you:** * Experience in IT operational tasks; * Prior knowledge of networks, hardware, and operating systems is desirable.
