We are looking for a **Financial Analyst**; your day-to-day **responsibilities** will include: * Bank and Accounting Reconciliation: Daily verification of bank statements versus ERP entries, ensuring the accounting balance reflects actual financial reality. * Cost and Expense Classification: Correct assignment of chart of accounts and cost centers, facilitating P&L and trial balance interpretation. * Tax Support: Organization of invoices (XMLs), verification of source tax withholdings (ISS, IRRF, CSLL, PIS/COFINS), and submission of documents to accounting. * Accounts Payable and Receivable: Cash flow management, payment scheduling, and collection from delinquent clients. * Report Preparation: Assistance in preparing projected cash flow reports and supporting reports for monthly closings. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or Business Administration. * Organizational skills * Clear communication * Basic knowledge of legislation * Understanding of debits and credits * Empathy and results orientation And if you still have doubts about whether Santri is a great place to work, take a look at the **benefits** offered to our **PEOPLE:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Leisure institution partnership Education institution partnership So, are you ready to roll up your sleeves?
