The Goiás Branch is responsible for ensuring service to brokers, customers, contractors, and suppliers; acquiring new business; boosting sales; conducting negotiations; identifying opportunities; developing brokers and employees; supporting production projects; and granting brokers access to Porto Seguro’s commercial tools.

* Ensure service to all brokers and customers within the branch’s commercial relationship portfolio, aiming to clarify various doubts and provide commercial support;
* Ensure timely responses and resolution of issues raised by brokers to facilitate sales completion;
* Encourage and guide brokers in using available commercial tools and self-service platforms to optimize business operations and operational efficiency;
* Influence broker participation in commercial initiatives and training courses offered by the branch to support their professional development and boost sales;
* Act proactively in commercial initiatives, engaging brokers to participate;
* Support and monitor the commercial area on matters related to brokers’ sales processes, providing portfolio-related information and alerting about business opportunities to drive sales growth;
* Support the administrative team and participate in designing and implementing commercial initiatives (campaigns, events, promotional items, neighborhood-owner actions, commemorative dates, Clube Porto partners);
* Act proactively in commercial initiatives by approaching brokers to help them contribute to the growth and results of their portfolios, aiming to optimize their productivity;
* Uphold the internal and external “More Commercial Branch” directive with brokers and partners through proactive actions, including training and feedback, ensuring team and broker engagement with sales goals and targets;
* Identify brokers’ needs and direct topics with a focus on process improvement, aiming to enhance the branch’s operational efficiency and support in closing deals;
* Support the branch’s administrative team in commercial and local management activities to foster professional career development and continuous process improvement;
* Safeguard both personal and company image by acting in accordance with the company’s defined ethics and conduct guidelines.

* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Ability to handle customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, and e\-mail);
* Experience in the commercial field;
* Knowledge of insurance;
* Strong negotiation skills; teamwork orientation; active listening; proactivity; analytical thinking.
