Technical guidance on human resources management **HR Department Team Responsibilities:** Providing labor and social security advisory services to Mapah’s clients/partners; Generating payroll, calculating primary statutory obligations, and submitting secondary statutory obligations. Offering technical guidance for decision-making in human resources management, as well as support in interpreting and applying labor and social security legislation. **We Are Looking For:** Individuals who are not only committed but also flexible and resilient, with a proactive mindset and unwavering determination to build a solid career and explore vast universes of possibilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring full compliance with all legal and internal requirements; Performing calculations related to vacations and contract terminations; Conducting and meticulously verifying payroll, including all necessary calculations; Accurately and timely submitting information to E-Social, with strict adherence to all current tax and labor obligations; Preparing calculations for the 13th salary; Fulfilling stipulated annual obligations; Performing other activities related to the HR department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Familiarity with standard HR department routines.
