Support for systems and infrastructure projects **Job Description:** The Seres Group is seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support, maintenance, and operation of the technology infrastructure. This professional will play an essential role in supporting internal users, assisting teaching platforms, monitoring online assessments, as well as supporting IT governance and infrastructure for simulators and corporate rooms. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; Provide user support regarding installation and use of corporate software; Perform backups and monitor key corporate tools; Configure and maintain equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, mice, printers, etc.); Manage procurement needs for new equipment and IT supplies; Support corporate systems projects, such as integrations and improvements; Monitor online exams, providing support in case of issues during assessments; Support students’ access to the teaching platform and online classes; Assist in preparing IT governance reports (ticket tracking, simulator incidents, IT assets, maintenance activities, equipment replacements and substitutions); Support infrastructure requirements for simulators and corporate rooms, including cable routing, equipment relocations, minor furniture adjustments, and equipment assembly. **Requirements:** Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Processing, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Office 365 administration; Fundamental understanding of networks, systems, and IT routines; Experience in technical support and user assistance; Basic English proficiency; Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role is desirable.
