Providing courteous, agile, and efficient service, with a focus on continuous improvement **Responsibilities** * Conduct first contact with leads and customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat. * Understand customer needs and record essential information. * Qualify leads based on criteria defined by the company. * Route customers and opportunities to responsible departments (sales, support, finance, etc.). * Maintain the CRM updated with information and interaction history. * Provide courteous, agile, and efficient service. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve initial inquiries. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. * Basic knowledge of customer service tools or CRM (preferred). * Prior experience in customer service or pre-sales will be considered a plus.
