Customer, property owner, and real estate agent service We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to work daily at our real estate agency, supporting administrative tasks, leasing processes, and customer service with organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide support for the agency’s administrative routines; Organize and manage contracts, documents, and files; Serve customers, property owners, and real estate agents (in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp); Support leasing processes, contract terminations, and registrations; Issue and verify bills, notifications, and documents. **Requirements:** Prior experience in administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus); Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Salary: R$ 2.100,00 - VA: R$ 460,00 - VT - Co-payment health insurance plan (available after probation period) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
