**Responsibilities**
**Maintenance Assistant**
**Electrical**
Replacing burnt-out light bulbs, ballasts, and LED strips in common areas (hallways, classrooms, reception).
Verifying the operation of switches, outlets, and circuit breakers, either independently or upon supervisor’s request.
Visually identifying exposed wiring or wear on electrical panels for reporting to the supervisor.
**Hydraulic and Plumbing**
Replacing leaking faucets, toilets, and flush valves.
Unclogging sinks, floor drains, toilets, and grease traps.
Visually monitoring water levels in wells and water tanks, as well as detecting wall seepage.
**Minor Repairs and Masonry (Custodial)**
Replacing and adjusting broken or defective door handles, locks, knobs, and hinges.
Adjusting, lubricating, or maintaining overhead door springs (especially emergency exit doors or wooden classroom and DP doors).
Minor touch-up painting or adjustments to doors or gates.
Mounting signage plates, notice boards, or mirrors in common areas.
**Preventive Maintenance and Inspection**
Periodic visual inspection of building structures to identify noisy gates, loose flooring, or cracked glass; engaging third-party contractors when necessary.
Monitoring and testing generators, booster pumps, or intercom systems to verify proper activation and operation.
Ensuring unobstructed access and clear evacuation routes, fire doors, or gates.
**Administrative and Logistical Support**
Supervising external service providers (elevator technicians, pest control companies, fire extinguisher refilling services, etc.).
Organizing, cleaning, and managing tools and supplies in the warehouse/maintenance rooms across both campuses.
Receiving and verifying materials purchased for maintenance (e.g., replacement parts and hardware).
Assisting with occasional tasks involving loading/unloading or material handling.
**Working Hours:**
**Monday to Friday: 07:30–16:30; Saturday: 07:30–11:30**

Compensation: R$1\.631,84 \- R$2\.121,00 per month
