With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and, today, have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and guide all staff responsible for executing loading, unloading, and cargo transshipment activities; * Supervise and monitor daily transshipment processes, from truck arrival to departure; * Monitor truck arrival and departure times; * Analyze requests for additional vehicles, approving or rejecting them based on cost-benefit analysis for the company; * Conduct weekly meetings with team leaders and supervisors, reporting achieved results and defining improvement actions for the process; * Track productivity and quality indicators for the department, verifying standards, analyzing data, and developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce cargo-related incidents; * Generate reports on cargo loss incidents and jointly analyze them with leadership to identify errors and define corrective and preventive actions for the process; * Authorize employee incentives per company-established guidelines; * Monitor, prepare, and analyze the department’s budget, reviewing historical data and new projects, planning and justifying necessary actions to meet departmental needs; * Monitor and respond to internal and external audits related to departmental processes; * Submit monthly management reports to Local Management; * Monitor local equipment inventory, assessing condition, analyzing purchase needs, and taking required actions; * Approve payments related to branch expenses per established authority levels; * Evaluate leader performance, providing feedback and supporting their development; * Liaise with other departments on matters concerning staff and responsibilities under this role; * Execute personnel management processes: hiring, promotions, terminations; and monitor time bank administration, leave schedules, and vacation planning for teams; Perform other duties related to the above activities as required by the organization. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Preferred: Technologist degree in Logistics or in Management Processes; * Flexible working hours. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
