Our purpose is to develop brands that deliver the best care people need in their daily lives and across all stages of life. **Opportunity:** Senior Mechanical Technician * Location: Anápolis * Schedule: Rotating shifts * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role, 1–3 years; * Completed high school education; * Mechanical Technician certification; * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Inspect, diagnose, and rectify failures in machines such as motors, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and rotary and pressure systems; * Installation and Assembly: Assemble and adjust new machines and equipment using technical drawings and manuals; * Repairs: Disassemble, repair, and replace components such as bearings, shafts, belts, pulleys, bushings, gaskets, mechanical seals, and joints; * Adjustments and Calibrations: Perform calibrations and fine adjustments to ensure machines operate within performance standards, including alignments; * Lubrication: Select and apply appropriate lubricants to ensure component longevity. **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Medical plan * Dental plan * Softys Store — Exclusive discounts on our online store. * School Kit: For dependents enrolled in grades 1 through 9. * Transportation allowance Join Softys!
