Job Summary: Providing IT user support for computer networks, assembling, repairing, and configuring hardware and software, with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Communication skills and teamwork Provide IT user support for computer networks; assemble, repair, and configure hardware and software equipment; Provide remote support to employees and computers at branch offices; Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration, computer formatting, maintenance and installation of essential software; Scanner and printer installation; basic knowledge of networking equipment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (usage and installation); Be communicative, proactive, and capable of working in a team; Bachelor's or technical degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.
