Job Summary: Manage the company's vehicle fleet, control documentation, manage driver teams, plan routes, and monitor transportation operations performance. Key Highlights: 1. Transportation process optimization **Responsibilities:** * Manage the company's vehicle fleet, monitoring availability, preventive and corrective maintenance; * Control vehicle documentation, licensing, insurance, and other legal requirements; * Manage the driver team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational guidance; * Plan and execute delivery and pickup routing to optimize time, distance, and operational cost; * Monitor ongoing routes and propose adjustments when necessary for greater efficiency; * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transportation operations; **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in fleet/transportation sector. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree Attractive benefits
