Job Summary: The professional will assist the Engineering Department in monitoring and overseeing construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality standards. Provide assistance to the Engineering Department regarding construction project monitoring and control, emphasizing cost, schedule, and quality management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the service phase schedule to be executed, informing scheduled dates to the required team; * Conduct material takeoffs according to the construction phase for quotation purposes; * Prepare quotation spreadsheets for labor and materials for the relevant construction phase, as needed, requesting quotations from suppliers and filtering values for engineer approval; * Request material purchases from the Construction Administration team by completing the Materials Requisition Form; * Support site supervisors regarding project documentation, providing technical guidance and clarifying technical queries; * Daily monitoring of executed works to verify compliance with schedule, design, and quality requirements; * Maintain a daily construction log to record information about executed works; * Daily control of material consumption on-site via spreadsheet and system; * Monitor inventory levels via spreadsheet to ensure up-to-date information recording; * Daily productivity tracking via spreadsheet and/or system, aligned with the current construction phase; * Measure work performed by internal and subcontracted teams; * Accompany real estate agents’ and clients’ site visits, providing guidance and clarifying queries as needed; * Guide interns on the Quality Management System; * Attend weekly planning meetings addressing physical progress and outstanding issues; * Inspect completed apartments against the checklist to verify compliance with company standards; * Accompany the Developer’s inspection for evaluation of apartments scheduled for handover, arranging necessary adjustments; * Accompany client inspections of apartments and arrange adjustments if required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * ERP system knowledge (e.g., UAU); * AutoCAD proficiency; * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems; * Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and related regulations. * Minimum 6 months of experience; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Civil Engineering program; **Additional Information** * Incentive package; At **Sousa Andrade**, we build more than spaces—we build stories, opportunities, and a solid future for everyone walking alongside us.
