Monitoring and planning of schedules Description: * Completed High School / Technical Education; * Relevant experience in the field; * Knowledge of vertical construction (a plus). * Determine the team required to execute services, verifying the schedule and nature of work with the engineer to optimize personnel hiring (contractors and permanent staff), whenever necessary; * Train the team by delivering content to contractors/production supervisors to ensure execution according to company standards, whenever necessary; * Plan activities by validating the construction schedule with the engineer and aligning execution to meet the estimated delivery deadline, whenever necessary; * Take responsibility for technical project details during execution, monitoring progress to ensure the team delivers as requested while maintaining established standards, daily; * Authorize commencement of work by completing the Quality and Productivity Control Sheet (CQP), to comply with procedures and initiate construction, whenever necessary; * Supervise construction sites by inspecting service execution and providing full technical and operational support to the team to ensure project compliance, daily; * Participate in project studies by meeting with the engineer to analyze construction details, schedule, and execution for improved planning and supply of work fronts, whenever necessary; * Supervise stock of basic materials, tracking item availability together with the Administrative Site Supervisor and Supply Assistant, validating consumption at work fronts to ensure continuous material availability, weekly; * Take responsibility for safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), inspecting proper usage on site, verifying and ensuring environmental maintenance and cleanliness, applying the 5S concept to promote occupational health and prevent workplace accidents, daily; * Manage contractor and employee teams by monitoring work performance and productivity, providing feedback and issuing warnings when necessary to improve performance and align employees with company policies and procedures, daily; * Take responsibility for site-related information, reporting necessary data to the site diary and control items to optimize engineering oversight of execution, daily; * Ensure proper equipment usage by verifying team utilization to protect company assets, daily; * Supervise execution of customized unit services, monitoring performed work to guarantee delivery as planned, daily; * Report non-conformities using the Production Quality Control Form (CQP) for appropriate engineering follow-up, whenever necessary; * Other related duties. 2512180202551873329
