Responsible for AutoCAD/Civil 3D modeling, pavement design, alignment drafting, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pavement structure design and sizing (new construction and rehabilitation); * Geometric project development (plan, profile, and cross-sections); * Surface, alignment, and corridor modeling in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; * Project coordination (earthworks, drainage, pavement, and signage); * Traffic study analysis and validation (determination of the N-value); * Preparation of descriptive reports, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs; * Alignment of projects with technical standards (DNIT, DER, GOINFRA); * Technical review support and project adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in highway projects, with emphasis on pavement and geometry; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D; * Knowledge of pavement design (flexible and/or rigid); * Experience interpreting and applying technical standards (DNIT, DER, GOINFRA); * Skill in surface, alignment, and corridor modeling; * Familiarity with reading and preparing technical drawings (plan, profile, and cross-sections); * Experience in interdisciplinary coordination (earthworks, drainage, pavement, and signage); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Courses or specializations in highway infrastructure or pavement engineering; * Experience with traffic studies and N-value calculation; * Knowledge of complementary engineering software (e.g., QGIS, InfraWorks, or similar); * Experience preparing descriptive reports and technical specifications; * Experience with projects approved by agencies such as DNIT, DER, or GOINFRA. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Organization and deadline management; * Strong communication skills for technical alignment across disciplines; * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** To be negotiated. * **Employment Type:** CNPJ * **Preferred Residence:** State of Goiás or nearby locations.
