Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervision, operational and financial management, personnel management, asset control, and customer interface. Key Highlights: 1. Customer interface and visits - Supervise procedures and regulations - Ensure procurement of materials at optimal price and quality - Assist in recruitment and candidate evaluation - Interface with customers - Conduct customer visits and business trips - Provide feedback - Enforce compliance with company policies - Labor force management - Revenue and expense control / Financial management - Employee training - Review of critical activities - Fleet and asset control - Presentation of performance indicators - Monitoring and supervision of contractual deadlines - Overtime and behavioral deviation control - Verification of spreadsheets and documents, photographic reports, projects - Full-time availability - Control and supervision of all company operational areas - Route supervision - Conduct technical surveys and analyses.
