Review and validation of Travel Expense Reports We seek an organized, helpful, and highly responsible professional to support administrative routines related to fleet and corporate travel. This analyst will play an essential role in addressing internal requests, ensuring information organization and reliability, as well as compliance with company policies and processes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the vehicle fleet, including lease contract control, maintenance, documentation, and cost monitoring. * Administer vehicle leasing, supplier negotiations, and employee support regarding car usage. * Manage corporate travel activities, including request processing, booking arrangements, and tracking of air tickets, accommodations, and other requirements. * Provide service and support to employees regarding travel, fleet, and mobility-related matters. * Review, organize, and validate TERs (Travel Expense Reports), ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Support the administrative department in controls, reporting, and operational routines related to this role. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Prior experience in fleet and vehicle leasing management is desirable. * Knowledge of TER (Travel Expense Report) is required. **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Discounts on injectable products; * Birthday Day Off; * Development, health, and wellness programs; * Career development plan; We are a continuously growing company, proudly caring for people for over 20 years.
