Opportunity for learning and growth in the field **Tax Assistant** We are looking for several Tax Assistants to support our team in tax routines, contributing to fiscal compliance and the organization of internal processes. We seek a detail-oriented, organized individual eager to learn and grow within this field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record service procurement tax documents, classifying and analyzing information to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Record issued tax documents, ensuring accurate registration and adherence to tax requirements. * Assist in calculating and analyzing municipal taxes, contributing to fulfillment of legal obligations. * Support identification and resolution of inconsistencies in municipal obligations, ensuring all requirements are correctly met. * Issue and manage installment payment slips, ensuring timely and correct submission. Consult Municipal, State, and Federal Negative Certificates of Debt (CND), informing supervisors of pending issues or inconsistencies preventing their issuance. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Prior experience in the tax field; * Knowledge of imports and issuance of tax invoices.
