Monitor cash flow, conduct financial forecasting, and identify capital requirements, ensuring financial predictability and balance. Track delinquencies and conduct negotiations and collections with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with financial deadlines and contractual terms. Prepare managerial reports and financial performance analyses, focusing on budget variances, costs, revenues, and profitability.
