Job Summary: A professional responsible for contract management, document drafting, and monitoring of commercial proposals and services. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of contractual requirements and deadlines Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Financial mathematics; Contract and administrative law; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute break; Benefits: meal allowance, transportation allowance or fuel allowance, Unimed health insurance plan, dental insurance plan, life insurance, and SESC membership. * Interpret and analyze proposals and service orders to ensure alignment with the commercial process flow; * Draft contracts and addendum agreements in accordance with commercial proposal requirements, collect signatures, and monitor until client return/receipt of the executed copy; * Enter contracts into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to enable billing workflows for services rendered per contractual agreement; * Maintain contract management spreadsheets by entering critical data required to fulfill established requirements, both for new contracts and for maintenance of existing ones; * Adjust contracts in accordance with predefined parameters; * Manage documentation; * Organize and submit documentation to clients within stipulated deadlines as prescribed by contractual terms, aiming to prevent liabilities and penalties; * Register the company on clients' electronic portals and maintain up-to-date documentation required for contractor accreditation; * Monitor monthly compliance with active contract clauses—covering contracted services, payments, and other obligations—as well as contract expiration dates, to support potential renewals.
