About the position
You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing executive and parametric budgets for construction projects focused on residential subdivisions and horizontal condominiums, contributing to feasibility studies, financial planning, and decision-making for the company's projects.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare executive and parametric budgets for subdivision, infrastructure, and horizontal condominium construction projects;
* Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost composition based on project documents, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications;
* Analyze budgetary scenarios and propose technical and economic solutions for projects;
* Perform quotations and interface with suppliers and internal departments;
* Read, analyze, and coordinate project documents;
* Support technical and financial feasibility studies for developments;
* Monitor indicators, cost compositions, and input databases;
* Contribute to financial planning and forecasting for construction projects;
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to align budgetary requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;
* Prior experience in budgeting for residential subdivision or horizontal condominium construction projects;
* Knowledge of urban infrastructure and sanitation services, including: water supply networks, sewage systems, drainage, earthworks, paving, and
* electrical distribution networks;
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
* Knowledge of cost composition and quantity takeoff;
* Proficiency in budgeting tools and software;
* Analytical mindset, organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities.
Advantages
* Experience in civil construction budgeting;

* Familiarity with input databases and cost indicators;

* Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, or ERP systems used in the construction industry.
