Job Summary:
IT internship focused on first-level (N1) technical support, resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring continuity of work tools.

**Position Objective:**
Provide first-level (N1\) technical support, assisting in resolving daily hardware and software issues to ensure office, factory, and store employees maintain uninterrupted access to their work tools.
**Responsibilities:**
N1 Support: Receive and perform initial triage of service requests (via Teams/phone/WhatsApp/system), resolving low-complexity issues;
Base Software Support: Assist with queries and configurations for Microsoft Office suite, web browsers, Windows operating systems, and other company-used software;
Peripheral Maintenance: Configure and support printers, mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.;
Machine Preparation: Assist in formatting, driver and software installation, and physical setup of computers for new employees;
Basic Infrastructure: Support cable organization and verification of network/Wi\-Fi connection points across facilities;
Inventory Management: Maintain updated asset control records (equipment and peripherals).
**Requirements:**
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate IT program (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Analysis and Development of Systems, Networks) from the 2nd semester onward;
Basic hardware knowledge (identification of components and cables);
Fundamental networking knowledge (basic TCP/IP and Wi\-Fi);
Proactive, organized, eager to learn, and possessing strong communication skills.
**Additional Information:**
Internship stipend: R$1\.000
Meal allowance: R$20.00 per day; optional transportation voucher; TotalPass; optional health and dental plans.
**Working Hours:**
Morning shift: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or afternoon shift: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (6 hours per day).
