After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage area safety, acting in accident prevention and risk mitigation; * Manage third-party documentation, issue various documents related to area safety management and accident notifications; * Support compliance with legal safety requirements by conducting inspections and audits; * Organize emergency drills to ensure proper functioning of emergency procedures and equipment; * Conduct behavioral safety observations, promoting and disseminating the safety culture; * Identify unsafe environmental conditions in the field and take action to address them; * Deliver technical SSMA-related training to employees; * Investigate and analyze occupational accidents, seeking risk mitigation; * Conduct preventive safety interactions with employees; * Collect data and prepare reports to support decision-making and implementation of preventive safety actions; * Propose improvements, corrective and preventive actions within the SSMA scope; * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety is mandatory; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (STE) is mandatory; * Knowledge of fire fighting and first aid is desirable; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) instruction is desirable; * Knowledge of ISO standards is desirable. **Worth noting:** Shift from 2:05 PM to 10:20 PM, Monday to Saturday. **Specific Benefits per Unit:** **Anápolis:** * Attendance Bonus. * Five-Year Service Award. * Chartered Bus. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study Grant. * Educary – Education for Youth and Adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym Benefit (Wellhub).
