After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to the planning department’s schedule. * Provide technical details of performed services in maintenance orders. * Carry out maintenance using appropriate tools and procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, materials, tools, machines, and routine equipment. * Create and technically detail service notes in the maintenance management system. * Keep safety procedures updated and ensure proper use of PPE. * Identify and promote improvements in maintenance procedures and standards. * Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery. * Conduct Failure Analysis (FA). * Use technical materials (manuals, OPMs, and IOPs). * Perform equipment inspection routes. * Conduct risk analyses prior to performing activities. * Propose improvements to production and maintenance processes. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Must hold a CAI certification or a completed Technical Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Machining Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanics, or related fields; * NR12 – Workplace Safety for Machinery and Equipment is desirable; * Knowledge of metrology, pneumatics, valves, pumps, gear reducers, and actuators is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Knowledge of regulatory standards is desirable; * Basic knowledge of technical drawing is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 7:40 a.m. to 5:28 p.m., Monday through Friday. **Specific benefits per unit:** **Anápolis:** * Attendance bonus. * Five-year service award. * Chartered bus transportation. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit-sharing program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
