Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily monitoring of environmental licensing processes and compliance with license conditions through communication with environmental agencies, contracting third-party providers, preparing and reviewing reports and environmental studies to maintain project environmental compliance; Analysis, revision, and preparation of environmental studies; supervision of outsourced consultants producing technical studies to ensure environmental compliance of housing developments as required; Drafting official letters for submission to environmental agencies; compiling information about projects related to licensing procedures; maintaining effective communication with environmental agencies and responding to notifications and pending items as required; Monitoring tree planting initiatives, urban afforestation projects, and environmental recovery plans/projects—coordinating with regional offices and third-party providers to critically review technical and photographic reports, ensuring environmental compliance of projects as required; Identifying suppliers, overseeing third-party contracting, preparing service scope documents (Terms of Reference), evaluating budget proposals, drafting contracts, monitoring service quality, recording and controlling payments on a daily basis; Processing invoice and bank slip payments, and controlling contract measurements within the ERP\-UAU system, adhering to the company’s financial and accounting standards as required; Providing support to regional offices by sharing technical environmental guidance to maintain environmental compliance of projects as required **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related fields.
