We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team, who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in accordance with the company's organizational culture. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct price, margin, profitability, and competitiveness analyses. * Monitor competitor prices and market trends. * Develop and update pricing models and policies. * Track sales performance, demand elasticity, and the impact of price changes. * Update price lists, commercial rules, and discount policies in internal systems. * Provide support to the sales team during negotiations, including feasibility analyses and recommendations. * Create reports and dashboards for pricing indicators (average price, margin, contribution, profitability, product mix). * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on product launches and commercial strategies. * Ensure price governance, compliance with internal policies, and documentation of decisions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Desired Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Experience: Purchasing in the Retail sector; * Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial indicators. * Ability to work with large volumes of data. * Good communication skills and ability to present analyses to internal departments. **Additional information** Availability to work at the Campinas store. **SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:** * Commitment; * Task planning; * Negotiation; * Pro\-activity; * Focus on results; * Creativity and innovation; * Systemic vision Founded by entrepreneur José Tatico in 1987, the Supermercados Tatico chain introduced itself to consumers with a key differentiator: offering a wide variety of brands and high-quality products at low prices every day.
