Supervision of paralegal team A professional responsible for coordinating corporate and regulatory activities, ensuring the proper progress of company registration, amendment, cancellation, and regularization processes. Will also provide advisory support to clients and supervise the paralegal team, guaranteeing technical quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and guide the paralegal team, assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines and outcomes; * Provide direct client service, offering technical support and tracking client requests; * Draft and review corporate bylaws, contractual amendments, and termination agreements; * Manage company incorporation, amendment, and cancellation procedures with municipal, state, and federal authorities; * Structure and formalize holding companies and corporate reorganizations; * Request and monitor municipal and state registrations, as well as various licenses; * Perform registrations and regularizations with agencies such as IBAMA, ANP, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, Municipalities, and other competent entities; * Manage licensing procedures, permits, and authorizations required for client companies' operations; * Conduct inquiries and regularizations through CADIN, INCRA, and other control systems; * Represent the company before public agencies, whenever necessary; * Availability for travel and in-person meetings with clients and public agencies.
