Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in project development, supervising inventory, scheduling maintenance activities, and guiding field teams across various facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in engineering project development and analysis 2. Inventory and logistics supervision, as well as guidance for technical teams 3. Scheduling and maintenance follow-up \- Assists in engineering project development/analysis, photographic reports, and budget spreadsheets. \- Supervises material inventory and logistics \- Valid driver's license (CNH) required for material delivery/retrieval and site visits. \- Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance visits at client locations and enters technicians' on-site maintenance reports into the system. \- Guides field technicians and interns. \- Instructs/supervises professionals such as interns, assistants, and field technicians in performing painting, electrical installations, plumbing, data cabling, partitioning, visual communication, masonry, and plastering tasks. \- Ensures and audits quality of work performed \- Supports material logistics for operations \- Supports personnel logistics \- Prepares technical reports and develops/controls spreadsheets Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
