Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform electrical assembly of components and assemblies in power and automation panels according to technical drawings; conduct pre\-testing (functional and dielectric) on panels to verify proper operation; read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings to ensure project compliance; * Assemble rails and cable ducts; * Cut and bend copper busbars; * Mount electrical/mechanical components according to technical drawings; * Perform mechanical adjustment on electrical devices; * Prepare panels for dielectric testing; * Perform cleaning and preparation of completed panels; * Read and interpret component mechanical/electrical drawings to ensure project and equipment compliance; * Complete product documentation to maintain traceability. * Proactively resolve technical issues. * Contribute to continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school or Technical Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Courses and specializations in control systems and electrical engineering; * Extensive field knowledge. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings is mandatory. * Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and proactivity.
