If you are an analytical, results-oriented professional capable of **bringing electrical infrastructure projects** **to life** with precision—controlling timelines and costs—we have an excellent opportunity for you on our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and update detailed project schedules, defining critical paths and delivery milestones. * Develop and update the S-curve representing the cumulative physical progress of a project over time. * Monitor physical and financial progress of electrical infrastructure construction works, comparing planned versus actual performance. * Conduct resource (labor) assessments required to execute project phases and support development of the Construction Histogram. * Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing action plans to mitigate delays or budget deviations. * Direct interface with suppliers and field teams to align technical deliverables and assembly priorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in planning tools, specifically MS Project. * Knowledge of reading electrical project drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical material lists. * Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis. **PREFERRED (DESIRABLE)** * Project Management certification (PMP/PMI). * Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean Construction applied to engineering. **Additional Information** Employment type: CLT or PJ.
