Work in compliance with safety standards **Job Description – Maintenance Technician** **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Department:** Maintenance / General Services **Reports To:** Maintenance / Facilities Supervisor **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, building facilities, and operational systems to ensure the company’s operations run properly and safely. **12/36 Shift Schedule** **Job Description – Maintenance Technician** **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Department:** Building / Industrial Maintenance **Reports To:** Maintenance Coordinator / Supervisor **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, building facilities, and operational systems to ensure the company’s operations run properly and safely. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and civil maintenance (according to specialization); * Diagnose failures in systems and equipment, proposing technical solutions; * Carry out repairs and replacement of parts, wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, faucets, valves, etc.; * Maintain records of performed maintenance and complete service orders; * Respond to emergency maintenance requests; * Work in compliance with occupational safety standards and PPE usage requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education plus a technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields; * Proven experience in the role; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics; * NR10 and/or other safety certifications (desirable, depending on area of expertise). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Agility * Responsibility * Teamwork * Good communication Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$2.504.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
