Job Summary:
Professional responsible for developing and controlling schedules, analyzing construction deviations, consolidating productivity data, and supporting the engineering team.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop, update, and control physical and physical-financial schedules;
* Monitor construction progress, analyzing deviations between planned and actual performance;
* Collect, analyze, and consolidate productivity data;
* Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and progress curves;
* Support the engineering team in project coordination, material control, and resource management;
* Organize and maintain updated technical documentation;
* Participate in planning meetings and propose improvement actions;
* Facilitate communication and integration among departments involved in projects.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering;
* **Prior experience in this role**;
* **Full availability to work on construction sites across the entire national territory;**
* **Availability to reside on-site;**
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Project.
