




Job Summary: A building maintenance professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems, inspecting technical areas, and ensuring compliance with hospital regulations. Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and standards. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Respond to internal maintenance service requests, proposing quick and safe solutions. Conduct routine inspections of technical areas to identify risks, irregularities, and repair needs. Carry out minor repairs to masonry, painting, furniture, doors, locks, and various installations. Supervise outsourced services and ensure compliance with hospital regulations and standards. Maintain up-to-date records of activities, checklists, work orders, and material control. Support the clinical engineering team as needed. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations, NR standards, and best practices for hospital maintenance. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; technical training in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Mechanics, or Building Construction is preferred. Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hospital or large-scale environment. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems, as well as maintenance tools and techniques. Familiarity with NR-10, NR-35 safety regulations and general safety best practices. Availability to work rotating shifts or on-call duty, as required by the institution.
