**On Our Team**, you will be the engineering technical arm within the commercial structure, acting as the vital link between customer needs, factory feasibility, and sales competitiveness. Your mission is to ensure that our proposals for Electrical Panels (LV/MV) and Automation (SPCS) are technically robust, financially accurate, and delivered swiftly—enabling Sales Consultants to focus on relationship building and deal closing. **Your Key Deliverables:** * **Budget Engineering:** Analyze tender documents and projects (single-line/functional diagrams), performing quantitative take-off and pricing of materials and equipment. * **Service Composition:** Size required labor hours (HH) for engineering, assembly, and field services, ensuring project margin covers actual operational costs. * **Optimized Solutions:** Propose technical alternatives (Value Engineering) that reduce costs or timelines without compromising the technical quality required by the customer. * **Sales Planning:** Develop preliminary schedules (Gantt charts) to support proposals, aligning delivery expectations (TAF/TAC) between customer and factory. * **Technical Support:** Serve as the focal point for complex supplier quotations and support technical defense of proposals with end customers. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Technical Electrotechnics with solid experience in the field. * Proven experience in budgeting or projects involving **Electrical Panels (LV/MV)** and/or **Protection and Control Systems (SPCS)**. * Proficiency in design tools (**AutoCAD** or GESTARCAD) and intermediate/advanced Excel for cost composition. * Desirable knowledge of communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3) and yard/substation equipment. * Profile with strong sense of urgency, autonomy to seek solutions, and ability to navigate fluently between technical and commercial language.
